2028 will mark the 400th anniversary of John Bunyan’s birth, and 350 years since the first publication of his most famous work: The Pilgrim’s Progress.

The Bunyan 400 project, initiated by Bunyan Meeting Church, Museum and Basement Gallery, is working towards a year of celebratory events spanning culture, heritage, faith and education, both in Bedford, and further afield. Join us as we plan for 2028 to celebrate the Bedford preacher whose writing continues to touch the world!
